Recent work
- I don't do fill-ins, repairs or enhancements over another nail technician's work. Clients arriving with existing product from another tech must book a soak-off and a new full set.
- Deposits are non-refundable, including when this policy applies. Please review all policies before booking.
- There is a 10-minute grace period. Arrivals 15 minutes late receive a modified service to fit the remaining time; 20 minutes or more late, the appointment is cancelled and full payment is required before rebooking.
- Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Without proper notice, full payment is required before future bookings.
- No-call/no-shows receive a strike. After three, you'll be permanently unable to book.
